Tracking Customer Requests


Inconsistent response to Customer requests.

Company was growing and staff was having difficulty keeping up with the requests for quotes, information, repairs, etc. Each staff member had their own way of saving and storing information from and to the customer. Load sharing and covering for absent or traveling staff was next to impossible. 


Crucis created a module with a workflow in Innovator to manage the process of generating a response to the customer for repairs through new custom product requests.  It stored all the documentation and communication between the client and customer.


The client was able to successfully manage an increased load without growing staff.
